Our Wagyu Chuck eye steak, also known as "poor man's ribeye," is due to its similar muscle structure and value. Chuck eye steak is a flavorful and tender cut from the shoulder of the calf. Chuck eye steak offers a rich, beefy, and surprisingly tender cut of steak. 

Our grain-fed cattle are raised on regenerative pastures, which offer the highest possible nutrient density as well as an eating experience. The grain-fed regular beef will be leaner than our wagyu. Without a doubt, these steaks provide a superior meal from the beginning to the end!
